Berahino
In our search for a striker ,surely he'd be worth a punt. 23 years old ,proven goalscorer in the premier league and available for £10 million.Slightly dodgy temperament but i reckon Slav could sort him out.

Looks like he's going to Stoke but surely he's a better option than some of the dross we've been linked with?

Re: Berahino
Yep, gone. Obviously somewhat damaged goods, a decent chance that he'd never match his previous levels again. Worth the risk I would have thought, but we'll see what Stoke get out of him.

Re: Berahino
He's 23

He's had one good season as a professional and two and a half as an utter cunt

He threw his toys out his pram and not being allowed to talk to Spurs. 2 years later he's ended up at stoke. He's clearly as thick as he is cunty. I don't doubt he has ability and he'll probably make me eat my words but I'm glad we haven't got him - what happens next time a 'bigger' club bids for him?

As for West Brom, they've held onto him for two years and ended up getting £4m less for him than they would have done had they just sold him in the first place (plus add one). In the meantime he's barely played and regardless of positive comments from pulis I would assume he's also immensely unpopular in the dressing room.

So whilst I applaud West Brom for trying to take a stance would they not have been better off cashing in and investing instead of having neither the money nor a fit usable player for two years? They haven't really benefited much other than Jeremy peace being able to tell the other chairmen how clever he is but they won't follow suit

I hope we don't make the same mistake with payet

Unfit and overweight, going to take a year to get him fit.

Huge ego and not that great.

Dodged a bullet.

"Slightly dodgy temperament but i reckon Slav could sort him out." That worked with Payet! Wouldn't touch him with a barge pole.

As others have said he is a sulking cunt we can do without. He won't get back to the form he once showed 18-24 months ago. Will end up in China in about 2-3 years if not sooner.

One bad attitude is on its way out, why would we want to replace it with another one?

Why does he not want to play for West Brom?
And why does he want to go to Stoke?

His attitude stinks, we should stay well clear.
